Back by popular demand, After School Art Class is always a happy channel for kids to express themselves.  Each class is focused on a period of art history, its notable artists and remarkable artworks.  

 

Children will create their own masterpieces in a variety of mediums including acrylics, oil pastels, watercolours, coloured pencils and collage. Some of the periods to be explored are Abstract Expressionism and Surrealism, while subject matter includes Still Life and Self Portraits. They will discover visionaries like the Inuit Artists of Baker Lake, Matisse and Georgia O'keefe.

 

With 15 years' experience in retreats / camps / school studios, Sarah brings an upbeat, focused and knowledgeable energy to all her students.
